Bobo is an Afro-soul artist who hails from the East of Johannesburg. His music career began in the church, where he was part of the youth choir; Nzima has become known for having one of the most unique voices in the industry. Nzima has acquired his status through working as a vocal coach, being a professional backing vocalist and performing as a solo artist. He has worked with Brenda Mtambo, Ami Faku, Mahalia Buchanan, Jabu Hlongwane, Vashawn Mitchell, Donny McClurkin, Khaya Mthethwa, and GGC (Gospel Goes Classical).
